Telehealth Mart is an initiative of Nirmala Welfare Foundation, located at House No. N1/66R-15K, Ganga Bihar Colony, Samne Ghat, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, 221005.

1. Platform Overview

Telehealth Mart is an online telehealth platform that connects patients with qualified and verified doctors across India for video-based consultations. The platform is intended to improve healthcare accessibility, particularly in suburban, Tier-3 cities, and rural areas.

Telehealth Mart acts only as a facilitator and does not provide medical treatment directly.

2. User Eligibility

The Telehealth Mart platform is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

By registering on the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Individuals below 18 years of age are not permitted to create an account or use the services.

Telehealth Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be registered by users under the age of 18.

3. User Registration

To access services, users may be required to register by providing:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Basic health information

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Doctor Consultation

  • Consultations are conducted via video calls.
  • Doctors provide medical advice based on the information shared by the user.
  • Users must provide accurate medical history and symptoms for appropriate consultation.
  • Telehealth Mart does not guarantee diagnosis accuracy or treatment outcomes.

5. Doctor Verification

All doctors listed on Telehealth Mart are verified based on their professional credentials and qualifications. However, the medical advice provided remains the sole responsibility of the consulting doctor.

6. Medical Responsibility

  • Telehealth Mart only provides a technology platform connecting doctors and patients.
  • The platform is not responsible for medical decisions, prescriptions, or treatment outcomes.
  • Users are advised to seek emergency medical services for urgent conditions.

7. Appointments & Scheduling

  • Users can book appointments based on available time slots.
  • Consultation timing depends on doctor availability.
  • Telehealth Mart may reschedule appointments in unavoidable situations.

8. Payments

  • Consultation fees may vary depending on the doctor or service.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Telehealth Mart does not store complete payment card details.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in the following case:

  • If the doctor is unavailable or fails to appear for the scheduled consultation.

No refunds will be issued once the consultation has been completed.

10. Digital Prescriptions

  • Doctors may issue digital prescriptions after consultation.
  • Prescriptions are stored on the platform for user access.
  • Users are responsible for using prescriptions appropriately.

11. User Responsibilities

Users agree:

  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to provide false medical information
  • Not to record consultations without consent
  • Not to upload harmful or illegal content

12. Account Suspension

Telehealth Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of:

  • Misuse of services
  • False information
  • Abusive behavior
  • Violation of these terms

13. Data Privacy

User data is collected, stored, and used as per our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to such data handling.

14. Limitation of Liability

Telehealth Mart and Nirmala Welfare Foundation shall not be liable for:

  • Medical decisions made by doctors
  • Treatment outcomes
  • Delays due to technical issues
  • Network failures
  • Third-party service interruptions

15. Platform Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted services, but do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or technical reasons.

16. Changes to Terms

Telehealth Mart reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
